I created a memory but in « for you » it does not show a video. It just shows the pictures from the album. Other memories automatically made by the app work fine. The issue is with the memory I make. Where does it go wrong

I would also recommend the following steps:
-Make sure your iOS is updated: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
-Restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support.
-Test creating multiple Memory movies using different Days or Months.

It sounds like you tried the suggestions and the issue remains. Try accessing your iCloud Photos on another device, if available. Check to see if the same behavior happens on multiple devices as well. Report this issue and result of that test to Apple Support directly, so you can get in touch with a Photos expert next: Contact - Official Apple Support.

i have installed IOS 13.
to create memory, I create a new album and add pictures that I want to be in video. then I click on ... in blue circle above « select » then I tap on add to memory
then I go to « for you » and I see the memory has been created but it does not have the icône to play video; it is just a picture.
Photo memory video does not work
