iPhone 6 Plus screen keeps going black.

My phone was working completely fine until I updated it and like an hr or so later it kept going black. I could pick the phone up and it goes black or slightly touch it sometimes and it will go black but not completely turn off. If the screen goes black I have to carefully lock my phone and unlock it but that doesn’t solve anything because it still keeps going black. What do I do?
