If I repair my iPhone 7 like brand new will I get full trade in value or $150?

$150 is the full trade in value for an iPhone 7. This value assumes the iPhone is in pristine condition and fully functional.

You won't get more for it from Apple regardless of what state its in.

You may get less, if its damaged or nothing at all if its not functional.
