Hello...I cannot type the letter "y" on my iPhone keyboard in the vertical orientation, but can type "y" in the horizontal orientation.

Does this happen in all apps that use the keyboard, or only some?
Do you have multiple keyboards installed? If so, does this behavior happen with all keyboards?

Thanks for following up with us. Since this is happening with multiple apps and keyboards, and it appears that it's isolate to one specific part of your display, have your device inspected by an authorized technician would be the next best step. Hi thank you very much for your quick response, I tried multiple key board and all are the same, have notice near Y and V, part of touch screen is not working as while changing the keyboard no keys are working on that place, it happen
