Unsuccessful activation

Activation screen says that it's not possible to connect to the activation service. Asks to connect via iTunes and try to activate.

Recovering with iTunes has been done successfully. But after starting the phone and the same problem was displayed again.

iPhone has been disconnected from my AppleID.

What do I got to do to fix that problem?

Not sure what "disconnected from my Apple ID" means or has to do with it. However, see this for troubleshooting iPhone activation. If you can't activate your iPhone - Apple Support
