Apple Watch not showing friends activity rings.

Hi all, I have an Apple Watch Series 3 that up until a week ago had been able to see my workout partner’s activity rings. We’ve been sharing activity since 2018. Now my partner can see my activity but I am unable to see hers. Just shows me zeros. I am able to see other friends but not hers. I have made sure my phone and watch are up to date on OS updates, rebooted both my phone and watch and unshared and then reinvited my friend. Still doesn’t sync our data. Any ideas? She did recently get a Series 5 and and new iPhone 10s would that effect our sharing? Thanks!
