ASUS router RT-AC5300 Reporting Botnet iPhone and iMac Infection

While running my weekly system security scans; my router RT-AC5300 reported that one of my iPhone Xs' is comprised and as bern isoloated. It is also reporting that my latest iMac, running Catalina, is also compromised. Theat: C&C Server Source: E0:AC:CB:85:5B:32 Destination: defaverfi.ikwb.com.

I was under the impression that malware and such can not infect an iPhone. Also, what about the iMac ? This warning is originating from my router, while logged on to the management interface. The router has only blocked and isolated these events on these two devices. Any suggestions on the origins or how to detect or clean these devices? Both have the latest updates and the iMac has esets bitdefinder installed.

Please advise. Thank you.
