Calling Problem

I can’t talk/hear people when reviving phone calls unless I have my AirPods in, how do I fix it?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 12

I am unable to pick up a call without airpods I am unable to receive or make any calls directly from my iPhone 7. It is only when I connect them to my airpods can I answer them. The speaker is working as I am able to play videos/netflix on loud. Please help me with what I should do for the same. Thank you

I cant hear calls on my phone unless I’m on speakerphone. How can I fix this? How do I turn on my audio so I can hear calls like normal. I can only hear calls if I’m on speakerphone or air pods.

Check this, If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone - Apple Support
