My IPohone 7 is showing "No Service" since last week. i heard that Apple have a program for that problem. Are going to replace my phone ?Anyone had this problem before?

it is eligible for this program but are apple going to change it because they told me want a receipt of purchase and I don't have it. what is the benefit of the receipt if the issue form the apple itself
