Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to wirelessly charge your iPhone as expected. To help with this, please make sure you're using a Qi-certified charger and that you don't have anything between the iPhone and the Qi-certified charger, like if you have a thick case on your iPhone, and here is more info:
