Cannot retrieve app-specific passwords

I am trying to find my app-specific passwords. They do not appear under “website and app passwords” in Settings. Above, you instruct us to go to the Security section of our AppleID account page, and select Edit. No such option for Edit exists on that page. Please advise. Thank you.
