I forgot my password. Mu Apple Iphone 8 plus is locked. The screen says connect to itunes. I can do that via a Dell computer. How can I unlock my Iphone?

Can yu help me unlock my IPhone 8 plus?

And after you download iTunes as deggie has provided, you need to follow these instructions, If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Put the latest version of iTunes on your Dell and connect your iPhone.
