iphone 6s disabled

My iphone 6s was disabled because I forgot my passcode. I have reset the iphone 6s using my computer but now it is asking for my Apple ID and password that was the original Apple ID for this phone. I don't remember what is was at that time and have since created a new Apple ID and password for my Apple devices. How do I recover and old Apple ID if I don't remember it?
