Buying Robux with iTunes gift card

I have redeemed my $25 iTunes gift card and when I went to buy $10 Robux I got a message saying I was unable to make the purchase and to go to the support website. Why is that? How do I purchase Robux with my iTunes account that has my $25 gift card?
