You are talking about features added with iOS 13. The iPhone 6 is too old to use iOS 13. You require a newer iPhone.
All of those features require iOS 13 (and newer hardware). Get a newer iPhone.

As already stated, your iPhone is too old to update to iOS 13 as it doesn't have the required hardware.
