My daughter recently synced her iPhone to the iTunes account on the computer. She transferred the purchases from her phone to the family account but opted to not overwrite the family account. Some purchases from the last couple years have disappeared. The iTunes store does not recognize that we purchased songs so we cannot restore them. Why did this happen and what can we do about it? Anyone else have this problem?
