FeDex messed up again!
I ordered a Mac Mini 1200$ on 12/29/2019 and it was delivered 12/31/2019. YET, no Mac Mini at my door or near my house that I have found. I called apple, they said they will do an investigation that will take 72 hours and they will contact me by email. I also called Fedex, they said the driver delivered your package and left it at the front door. I said no package found, and they said you need to contact apple. I requested Fedex to let me see the driver again, because everytime we have a delivery with fedex, they give to a wrong address. And every once we receive (only FeDex) packages for our neighbors that get delivered to us, and we forward them to the right house. I believe FeDex, as usual, messed up again. What would I expect?
what a way to end the year. I called apple again to let them know that I called FeDex, but they said the investigation is still in process. I also suggested that if they can track it (in case it was stolen from front door) then they should do just like the find my iphone.. not sure if that works on a Mac Mini but I want to know who the **** took it.
