FeDex messed up again!

I ordered a Mac Mini 1200$ on 12/29/2019 and it was delivered 12/31/2019. YET, no Mac Mini at my door or near my house that I have found. I called apple, they said they will do an investigation that will take 72 hours and they will contact me by email. I also called Fedex, they said the driver delivered your package and left it at the front door. I said no package found, and they said you need to contact apple. I requested Fedex to let me see the driver again, because everytime we have a delivery with fedex, they give to a wrong address. And every once we receive (only FeDex) packages for our neighbors that get delivered to us, and we forward them to the right house. I believe FeDex, as usual, messed up again. What would I expect?

what a way to end the year. I called apple again to let them know that I called FeDex, but they said the investigation is still in process. I also suggested that if they can track it (in case it was stolen from front door) then they should do just like the find my iphone.. not sure if that works on a Mac Mini but I want to know who the **** took it.

That’s up to the folks from Apple and FedEx to sort out, and you’ve already started that process.


The folks posting here do not work for Apple, nor for FedEx. We might as well be patrons at the lunch counter at the local diner for the purposes of getting an answer to your question. The folks at the local diner probably know more about local FedEx delivery habits and the incidence snd prevalence of thefts in your area, too.

UPDATE: On Jan 2nd/2020 I went to the FeDex location this morning and they said the driver mis-delivered your package to a wrong address, and when he went back to retrieve it he couldn't find it. Apple's manager was very nice as she phoned me and said they will send me a replacement Mac Mini. They said wait for the shipping information to be emailed to you tomorrow. Still waiting.

Ikr, btw I was next to the door waiting for the so called fedex person and nobody even showed up at the time of delivery..when I called fedex the lady was very rude with me thinking I am lying..I requested the driver to come again and show me physically where he left the package which would be 100% not my apt. Still waiting till tomorrow. Also waiting for Apple investigation. I am so mad as they already ruined my new year’s eve.
