Loaded iTunes card on my phone but it’s not working
I loaded iTunes card on my phone and I’m trying to make a purchase but it’s not working,,,, it’s showing your purpose could not be completed

If it also says to contact iTunes Support that is what you should do : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Get Support down the page)
