Disabled App Store and I tune

dear Apple ,

After my credit card was frauded I asked my bank to cancel my card then I couldn’t to update and use App Store,

I receiving this message “ your App Store disabled”

I tried to add my other Credit Cards but after completion again and again I receiving same massage.

please help me.
