Logic Pro X - beats ruler - change

So, the ruler (have no idea what to call it) once was readable. Today, it has three digit numbers that mean pretty much nothing to me. How can I change this to something humans can count?

Such as: 1 and 2 and 3 and 4

or: 1 e and a 2 e and a 3 e and a 4 e and e.

I'm not asking for this program to say/type/print/display "and" or "e and a" - I'm just illustrating how I count beats. I don't use computer generated three digit numbers to keep track of time.
