On my iphone 7, cellular communication disappeared, when I contact the service centers, they explain this by the fact that on these models it is a factory defect, and it is not possible to repair it. it's true?

It is true however please click on this link iPhone 7 Repair Program for "No Service" Issues - Apple Support to see whether your iPhone 7 qualifies for the Repair Program. If it does then have it examined at an Apple Store and get it repaired under that program and it should be free.
