Touch ID not working!!

My ID touch was working normally yesterday and today I went to use my banking app that asks me to use my fingerprint (or enter pw) and it didn’t work, clearly. I’ve gone through many different forums about solutions and NONE have worked! Resets, clean finger and home button, settings, updates, you name it! nothing’s worked! :( I can’t add my fingerprint back on, can’t turn any settings on, *** is happening! Lol.

Is this an internal problem with the sensor? Can this be fixed? If so, where? (No Apple Stores here) Please help! Usually I can fix these things rather fast but this, this is hoha (annoying in Māori) as! I love my Touch ID use it daily like I guess we all do. Any help is much appreciated! Thaaanks!
