My Apple ID has been hacked in China

my Apple ID has been hacked by someone with a Mac, I deleted the Mac computer from my accounts and changed the password but I can’t change the iCloud back to my account, I also cannot access my videos that are saved to iCloud as they are in this Chinese persons account

Icloud hacked I have been playing csgo for a long time, and o have never got scammed for my skins in the game. But here a few days ago i, by accident, used a site that took some cookies from me, so they got access to make a safety copy of my mobile, so they could get permanent permissions to my steam mobile app, and then take everything worth of value out of my inventory. I have changed my password every where i could think of, but im still worried that he has the copy of my phone, since i just a few minutes ago got at notification about a person trying to log in to my icloud account from russia, and i live in denmark.

Account hacked and details changed - how do I sort this? I recently noticed that my account details (name, billing address, payment info etc) have all been changed to someone and somewhere in China. I am unable to change them back. I have also had emails in chinese with billing information. I emailed apple but have not had a response. Is there a telephone number for account issues such as this? I changed my password immediately. Thanks for any advice.
