Can’t login with BT password

My Account Password is now required to run Network diagnostics. Why? This has never happened before, but when run wireless diagnostics, I am now prompted for my account password. It happened right after my Wacom tablet requested for me to perform a driver update. Since then, every time I try to do a wireless diagnostic (which I have to do fairly often), the Wacom driver performs a password request, for some odd reason. How can I eliminate this? Here is a screenshot:

Website login It is nearly impossible for me to login to login.northlane.com to access my paycheck from my I pad. I have no problem logging in from the laptop at work. Why is logging in from my iPad a problem?

Logon to Tesla Lifestyle application When I try to logon to the app, it won’t let me select numbers to type in my password. You have to have numbers in your password.

You will have to contact the content provider of that package for assistance.
