iOS 13.3 Phone not ringing bug STILL not fixed
I have a ipnone XS Max 256 Mb and up to and including ios12 had no issues.
However, after ios13 and ALL of the subsequent patches, my phone daily stops ringing or vibrating for incoming calls. I’ve tried several times following so called fixes such as;-
- checking the ring volume
- turning off Do Not Disturb
- getting the latest patch
- using reset all
The only thing that temporarily does work is to physically turn the phone off and switch it back on. This only works for a randomly long time before the bug recurring.
Ive missed a number of VERY important calls as a result.
Apple seem more interested in adding useless gimmicks like new emoticons than properly fixing a serious flaw in what is a fundamental function of a phone. I’m aware from other threads that this issue has been known since at least October of 2019 and has affected
many users.
