Iphone11 freezes

My phone freezes in picture library. I can’t get out of it .

See this, If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support for the fact it is frozen. You may need to do additional troubleshooting if the device continues to freeze when opening an app.
