When I try to set up screen time for my son, it never updates and it shows my device name. I don't have any issues with my daughter's screen time. I have tried setting it up on his device. I can set all of the controls successfully, but I cannot see his activity from my phone. I had it all working, but this week, only my son's has stopped.

I certainly understand the importance of having access to the Screen Time feature as a parent; let's go over some steps to get it working again.
I would first suggest installing updates on all devices in use:
• Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Then setting up Screen Time from scratch:
• Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Give those steps a try, and then let me know how it goes.
