If you have not made contact with Apple, and would be expecting some sort of reply, the message will be a scam or phishing attempt. Apple does not send unsolicited emails.

Possibly. Could you give us some idea of the context of your question?
apple.com is a valid domain. Apple probably has thousands of email addresses at apple.com and they likely have a default email so that even if an email address is not valid the email addressed anywhere at apple.com ends up in the default address.
What is the context of your question? Anywhere@apple.com can be spoofed to actually be directed to any email address including scammers addresses. So if you received an email containing the address in question hover over the link and see it it actually goes to apple.com.
Correct. I am aware of this. Back to my original question: does anyone know if acsupportcase@apple.com is a legitimate email address from Apple.com.
Thanks.
I received an email from Apple support and this was the “from” email address. I have been an Apple user since 2005 and I searched all of my emails going back 10+ years and have never received an email from this address.
I have had some issues recently around phishing and wanted to know if anyone has received an email from this address and is it from Apple.
