iPod nano 3rd generation 4G silver
I have an old iPod nano, 3rd generation, 4G, silver that will charge, but the battery will not hold a charge for very long. Does this have any trade-in value, or can it be refurbished to function to some extent?

Unfortunately your iPod’s battery has failed. Due to the age of the device there is nothing you can do to repair it as Apple has obsoleted this iPod model.
