Deauthorizing PCs

I have 5 PCs authorized but only access to one(the other 4 are dead) and it's Win Vista so no longer supported and I can no longer log into iTunes store to deauthorize the other 4. Is there anyway to deauthorize ALL 5 PCs so I can have access to my library etc. on a current PC? I've spent the last 2 hours trying to get iTunes to play well with the old Vista PC to no avail.

See If you can't access the App Store or other Apple media services, or can't edit your payment information - Apple Support. iTunes will no longer play nicely with Vista. You should be able to issue the deauthorize all request from iTunes > Account > View My Account... running on a more recent version of Windows. You can sign into your Apple ID without authorizing the machine first, then use the deauthorize all function.

See Move your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Community for advice on moving your library from one machine to another.
