Here are directions (from9 to 5 Mac):

Open the Wallet app on iPhone
Tap your Apple Card
Tap the “Total Balance” square
Choose the month of the statement you want
Select “Download PDF Statement”
You can now view, share, and export the statement

You can download your monthly statement in the wallet app as a PDF.
