Font Doctor and Duplicate Fonts

Does any know hoe to fix or resolve dupe fonts, when cleaning up your Font Library?

See screen shots. Any suggestion would be great.

I recently went into my Font folder and dragged all of the fonts I no longer wanted to the Trash folder, then emptied it. Please note that certain fonts are system fonts and Apple will not allow us to remove them.
