I shot a video on my iPhone X and then copied it to PC. When
I open it to view the clip it shows as in “Portrait” view and I did shoot it holding
the iPhone in a “Landscape” view.
How can I change the viewing on my PC to the Landscape view?
If I could rotate it 90 degrees that would solve the problem.

If I'm understanding your post correctly, you imported a video you took on your iPhone X and instead of showing the view in landscape view, its showing it as a portrait.
You can easily edit the video's orientation on your iPhone by following these steps from the iPhone User Guide section called Edit photos and videos on iPhone:
"Crop, rotate, or flip a photo"
, then do any of the following:
, then choose a ratio like Square, 2:3, 8:10, and more.
to rotate the photo 90 degrees.
to flip the image horizontally.Tap Done to save your edits, or if you don’t like your changes, tap Cancel, then tap Discard Changes."

Thanks for the reply. I do not see anything that will allow me to rotate the video I shot on the iPhone XR. Unfortunately I deleted the video from my iPhone after I downloaded it to my PC.
I opened the video in "Photos" but the Edit feature does not show the possibility of rotate.
Any other way to rotate a .mp4 on a PC ?
