Purchase won't go through

So there's this game called 'Fate Grand Order' i want to purchase something in the game i used a $25 dollar apple gift card i redeemed it to purchase the product in the game but every time i try to pay for it says that the purchase could not be completed, also i know im not going above the credit as the thing im buying is below $25.
