Перестала работать сотовая связь

Ваш iPhone не может совершать и принимать вызовы или иметь доступ к сотовым данным, пока устройство не будет обновлено. Я пробовал подключить телефон к Itunes , но айфон не подключался .

I’d like to help with the translation:

Cellular communication stopped working.

“Your iPhone cannot make or receive calls or have access to cellular data until the device is updated”. I tried to connect the phone to iTunes, but the iPhone did not connect.
