Calls

i got a new iPhone and I transferred everything but I still wasn’t receiving calls. I ended up putting my old SIM card into the new phone. My phone said sim carb failed. I can text but when someone calls me it goes to my old phone. And I cannot make any calls/FaceTime. Help what do I do?
