apple.com/BILL

I got a message including the text “itunes bill 9,99$...” “itunes bill 13.99$...” But I dont have any subscriptions or else... please help me what it may be?

And also please see If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
