How to turn off the Photos sharing suggestions while attaching a pic to a text message

This is driving me nuts!!!! It takes up half of the screen and it’s useless!!!! Already tried to turn off basically everything (siri, icloud photos, etc.) with no luck!!!

My option to share photos via Mail has disappeared! How can I reinstate it? I'm trying to share photos, articles etc. via the share link on my iPhone 11 (little box with arrow pointing upwards). My option to share via Mail (email) has disappeared, which is weird since I use it all the time. Can someone help me to reinstate that option? Weirdly, I now have an option to share via TikTok which I have NEVER used - but not mail which I use all the time!

Pop up pic on camera app There's always a photo in the bottom lefthand corner of the screen on my camera app - if I delete the photo in photos, the pic on the camera app just changes to another photo. How do I get rid of it?
