Apple Music keeps opening while connected to headphones

Using Sennheiser Momentum 3. I don't use Apple Music and have no intention to use it in the future. The programm keeps opening randomly while I'm connected. There is no checkbox to prevent that in the programm settings. And the system won't let me delete Apple Music. Any solutions?

Apple Music email support won't give me an answer. The chat-support left the chat after asking this question.

Apple music playback speed Sometimes, when I try to play a song on apple music, it will start playing and speed up (a five minute song plays back in a few seconds). This happens on strong and weak connections, as well as streamed and downloaded songs. It only seems to happen when I use the old Apple Stereo Headphones (the perfectly round ones). Apple Music When listening to music on the Apple App., every few seconds the sound drops out for about half a second and then resumes. It appears to be random time intervals and is really annoying. Anyone know why this is happening? And is there a work round? Thanks!
