Activity App on New Phone

I got a new phone and now the activity app for my Apple Watch on my phone says to set up activity on my watch. I have already set it up in my watch. I don’t know how to connect them or let the app on my phone know that it’s already set up

Is the watch paired to the phone and is bluetooth turned on,on watch and phone?.
