The Sharp Air App is an app developed by Sharp to work as a remote for an air-conditioner. If this is the app which you're needing assistance with, you'll want to reach out to Sharp for help with Air-Conditioner connectivity: SHARP AIR APP. They will be the best resource to help you with the connectivity to your air-conditioner.
Once the air-conditioner is connected, if you have any issues with the performance of the app, follow these steps: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open.

You will want to continue to reach out to Sharp for assistance regarding any documentation needed for your aircon. Only the manufacturer can provide you that information.
Check out their global site, select your country, and then look for a link mentioning "Support" or "Contact" Sharp World Wide | Sharp Global.

Thanks for your reply. Can Apple relay this major issue to Sharp? I am confident that I am not the only one having this serious inconveniences. I’ve tried sending them an email about this concern, there’s no reply. Here’s their email address: air_support@sharp.co.jp.

Sharp is still ignoring my serious concerns about their Sharp Air app. Still there is no connection to my iPhone XR. Their promised connectivity convenient never delivered. Sigh. Frustrating.
