IPad no longer printing in color

I have used AirPrint on my iPad for a few years with no problems printing in color. Today when I tried to print to my printer, everything comes out in black and white. I am trying to print a PDF file that I use daily. WhenI print the file on my MacBook Pro, it does come out in color just fine. This is for PDF Files that were modified with mark-up tool. Photos print fine - in color front he iPad. I am using all latest updated software.
