The purchased storage space is on iCloud, it has nothing to do with your iPhone's physical storage space.


That cannot be changed. If you are getting warnings that the space on your iPhone is low, then you will need to delete content from the iPhone directly to maker space. Buying more iCloud Storage will not change this.
