software update

if my iphone doesnt show to update my software

If you have an iPhone 6 Plus and you go to Settings/General/Software Update it should offer to update your phone to iOS 12.4.4, which is the last version supported by the 6 series.


If it doesn’t you have a downloaded update that you never installed or a beta of an earlier version of iOS. You can delete the update, or, if the beta situation applies, go to Settings/General, scroll to the bottom, tap on Profiles, then the beta profile, and delete it.
