Google won’t load, strange circumstances....

Google won't load on safari, but wifi works.... It kept switching to 5G wifi so I switched it back to normal several times, it seems to be holding now. We haven't got a huge house, or thick walls, thin ones actually, so it should be ok connecting to the router. It's ONLY google and google services affected. I ve checked extensions too, and I recently got rid of the virus Top Results, and it's free of any other viruses. What's happening? I need Google for daily stuff, and it’s really important to access Docs and stuff. Nothing else is affected, including YouTube, a Google-parented service...

Are you running any anti - virus programs? Using a VPN?

Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.

Try the Safe Mode in your normal user account. Then reboot and try your normal user account.

Hey, haven’t tried them yet, thank you. Will try some, also, a bit of an update, it’s only google.com and Docs that isn’t working, those two sites....and anything starting with google, not for example, sheets.google. If it starts with the word google, it doesn’t work. I’m not using any VPN or anti-virus service, as far as I can see.

Hello!

I just created and switched to a new user account, and everything's fine. Should I also try Safe Mode? And what should I do...I don't really want to switch to this account forever. :(
