Wanting to take the following test:

9L0-443

macOS Support Essentials 10.14 Exam

English

I was given a voucher to take (Pearson Vue) and I can log all the way in except I am asked for a Proctor username and password. I asked a Local College and they said that Pearson Vue would send them that information via email pertaining to that test. According to Pearson View I need to get a private Access Code. Maybe they are talking about an Apple Cares exam. I am confused beyond belief. CAn someone help me please? Thank you thank you thank you!
