So I recieved an email thanking me for my purchase of something from a random game almost a $50.00 purchase! When I try to click cancel payment it asks me to sign into my apple account, then it asks me to log into my email?? Umm why? Thinking it's just a scam cuz I do not see the charge on my bank account... anyone else have this happen?

That sounds like a scam. Note that if you did log in to your Apple account, they have your password and you should change it if it will let you. See: Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support

If the scammer has already changed it and you cannot, see: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

If the only indication of the charges is from an email or text, be aware that it may be a phishing attempt to get you to log in to a site that appears to be Apple and divulge your password or credit card information. See: Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

and Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

If it is a real charge, see the following instructions. They include information on contacting Apple Support if the other steps don't help: If you see apple.com/bill, itunes.com/bill, or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
