iTunes music library not picking up all the music files from designated folder!

Hi, I downloaded a bunch of good songs online and tried syncing all the music to my phone but the iTunes library did not bring all the music from the designated folder. I selected File<Add music from Folder.

I don’t wanna pay monthly anymore so i started doing some hardwork on downloading all my music but not this. Please help!!

I am operating the iTunes on a window.

Windows, Windows 6

On import iTunes will simply ignore any file that it thinks isn't valid without any error. Try Repair security permissions for iTunes for Windows - Apple Community in case permissions are part of the issue. Failing that try placing a copy of a file that won't import into the Automatically Add to iTunes folder inside your media folder. The file will either be absorbed into the library or moved to a Not Added folder. It won't help you identify the issue if it is rejected, but will at least confirm that one exists.
