I’ve tried using my Apple Card places that require you to swipe the card using the magnetic strip, and it hasn’t work once since I’ve gotten the card, do I need to order a new one?

Did you activate the physical card when you got it? Call Goldman Sachs at 1-877-255-5923 and activate the card if you did not and make sure that when you go to Wallet>Apple Card?tap three dots in circle>lock Apple Card is not turned on. If you locked your card it will not work.
