cannot reset security questions
Cannot reset security questions. I keep getting the error message that there is insufficient information. I can't get out of the loop.

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup
I tried the link but I get in a loop and can't get out of it. I tried to complete the form but it will hangs on Submit.
